Hello, I’m a photographer based in Setúbal, Portugal.

At 34, I finally gave space to a long-standing desire to explore my creative side — and through photography, I found the perfect way to bring it to life.

A year and three months ago, I began my journey with formal training in photography, diving deep into both the technical and artistic aspects of the craft.

I learned to work in studio settings, using professional lighting and equipment, and developed my editing skills in Lightroom and Photoshop.

I also explored video editing by creating an in-depth documentary-style report, expanding my understanding of visual storytelling.
Throughout the course, I gained hands-on experience in several genres, including sports, wedding, fashion, product, and commercial photography. However, it was through personal and experimental projects that I truly connected with my creative identity.

For my final authorial project, I combined traditional and digital techniques, blending cyanotype printing with digital post-production. I also explored scanography and cyanotype in the context of self-portraiture and still life — experimental approaches that allowed me to reconnect with parts of myself that had long been buried.
Photography, for me, is more than a skill or profession — it’s a way of seeing, of telling stories, and of giving form to the invisible.
If you’re interested in my work or want to collaborate, I’m always open to creative projects and new ideas.
