Between Shadows and Memories

This editorial is a visual journey that evokes the romance of the past through a dramatic and delicate aesthetic. Inspired by a vintage style, I crafted a narrative that contrasts the dark with the soft, using carefully selected visual and symbolic elements.

I took full creative direction of the project — from designing the set to selecting the outfits, styling the hair, setting the lighting, and capturing the photography. The inclusion of vintage Singer sewing machines reinforces the nostalgic atmosphere, referencing the origins of craftsmanship and a time when fashion was created with care and detail.

On the darker side of the narrative, a black, gothic-inspired outfit stands out against a moody, intense setting. In contrast, the second scene features a white rose alongside delicate white lace garments, creating an ethereal and symbolic composition of purity and fragility.

This project is not only an aesthetic exploration but also a tribute to fashion as a storytelling art form. Each image was carefully constructed to evoke emotion, tell a story, and highlight the beauty found in every detail.
